DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SUBMISSION:
- Original Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry into Singapore & Old Passports, if any;
- Duly filled & signed “Visa Application Form 14A”;
- 02 recent colour passport size photographs as per specification : White background 35 x 45 mm / 80% of the face should be visible with Matt finish;
- Covering Letter addressed to: The Visa Officer, Singapore High Commission, Chennai;
- Latest 3 months Bank Statements or Salary Slips with Employment ID Card, if any;
- Duly filled & signed “Letter of Introduction for Visa Application Form V39A” (Not mandatory);
- Proof of Accommodation in Singapore. Visiting friends or family – Copy of IC Card and the person’s residential address with phone number;
- Any other documents as deemed necessary by the Singapore Consulate General, Chennai.
